Prep Your Eyelids: Start with clean, dry eyelids. If desired, you can apply eyeshadow primer to help the eyeliner adhere better and last longer.
Apply the Eyeliner: Shake the eyeliner pen or bottle before use to ensure the formula is well-mixed. Then, starting from the inner corner of your eye, carefully draw a line along your upper lash line, staying as close to the lashes as possible. You can create a thin line for a subtle look or build it up for a more dramatic effect.
Winged Liner (Optional): If you want to create a winged eyeliner look, extend the line slightly past the outer corner of your eye and angle it upward toward the end of your eyebrow. Then, connect the line back to the rest of the eyeliner along your upper lash line to create the wing.
Touch-Ups (Optional): If needed, use a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover to clean up any mistakes or sharpen the edges of your eyeliner.
Finish: Allow the eyeliner to dry completely before opening your eyes fully or applying mascara to avoid smudging. Once dry, your eyeliner is ready to flaunt!
