The KissMe Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner is pretty great! The color is really dark and applies smoothly. I found it easy to create both thin and thick lines. My only concern is that it might need a little touch-up by the end of the day, especially if you have oily eyelids. But overall, I think it’s a fantastic eyeliner for the price!
